D. BRETT REDD, P.E.

Mr. Redd has over 19 years management and technical experience with geology, geophysics, soil and groundwater remediation, project management, engineering, and budgetary oversight.
 

Professional History:

STORAGE TANK TECHNOLOGY, INC. - Mr. Redd is currently the president of STTI.  He has been with the company since 2004 and directly oversees all operations while providing engineering services and project management.
REDDROX CONSULTING - Mr. Redd owned ReddRox consulting. Projects included geologic characterization of soil and groundwater contamination, as well as software development and QC.
 
LANDMARK GRAPHICS - Managed several departments responsible for the quality control of software developed by Landmark Graphics. Responsible for annual budgets in excess of $4 million. Landmark creates software for all phases of the oil and gas industry.
 
PHILLIPS PETROLEUM. - Worked on special projects in the Research and Development group. Served as company representative on multiple seismic acquisition programs, including travel to China and Australia.

ROGER E. MOORE, P.E.

Mr. Roger Moore has over 35 years of management and analysis experience as a chemical engineer in process engineering and economic evaluation of energy related projects as an employee and consultant for major energy companies, and 13 years of environmental assessments and remediation as President of Storage Tank Technology, Inc.

Professional History:

STORAGE TANK TECHNOLOGY, INC. - Founded company in 1987 to provide a wide range of engineering and environmental consulting services to the private and public sectors, including tank removals and remediation, property site assessments, and SPPC plans .
 
OCCIDENTAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION: OCCIDENTAL OIL SHALE, INC. – Managed engineering studies and research programs by engineering staff and outside contractors of new technologies and processing configurations. Prepared detailed project economics for shale project and alternatives.
Provided process engineering, financial analysis and management to a variety of coal and coal conversion synthetic fuels projects for:

GLEN A. MILLER

Mr. Glen Miller has more than 45 years experience in planning, implementing, and supervising office and field work in geology and hydrology. He is the author of more than 40 scientific and technical papers. His areas of specialty include ground-water monitoring, mining hydrology, test-well drilling, water quality studies, and site evaluations.
 

Professional History:

STORAGE TANK TECHNOLOGY, INC. - As an associate, Mr. Miller plans and directly supervises drilling, logging, and sampling at facilities with abandoned and active storage tanks. He analyzes ground water table conditions and contaminant plumes, and designs innovative well recovery and remediation systems at spill sites. Mr. Miller has performed hundreds of environmental site assessments and prepares and supervises programs for the remediation of soil and ground water.
 
GLEN A. MILLER AND ASSOCIATES - Mr. Miller has been a private consultant since 1987. He is an expert on oil shale, mining hydrology, water quality, ground water monitoring, landslide sites, and water table drainage.
 
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR - Mr. Miller worked for various agencies within the Department of Interior, including the U.S. Geological Survey from 1952 to 1982, theMinerals Management Service from 1982 to 1983, and the Bureau of Land Management from 1983 to 1986. While working for the Department of Interior, Mr. Miller administered all hydrologic aspects of four federal oil shale leases in Colorado and Utah, which included intensive monitoring of ground water in fractured rock and alluvial aquifers, surface water, and water quality; monitoring plan development and review; mine dewatering at three large mines; waste management of solid and liquid wastes; waste monitoring and clean up studies and evaluations of non-oil shale resources (oil and gas, coal, sodium, aluminum, tar sands), and QA-QC programs in the field and laboratory. He was in charge of water quality studies, ground-water monitoring, geologic mapping, ground-water pollution and waste disposal studies, test drilling, data
collection, and water resource assessments in Southern California and Southern Nevada.
